To get your sign-in ID or to reset your password, you must first provide the e-mail address where you receive messages from MyCheckFree.com about your bill payment service. If you forgot your e-mail address or can't use it to receive messages, click the link below the E-mail Address box.

 Step 1. Type the e-mail address associated with your bill payment service and click Continue.
