Adding E-bills

There are two ways to add E-bills in MyCheckFree.com:

No matter how you select the biller accounts you want to add, the process for adding an e-bill works the same way:

Tip Tips
Before you add your biller account information, you should have a current paper statement on hand for the information required to set up your biller account and start receiving e-bills.

After your e-bill is set up, you can change the biller's account description and service address by clicking View/Change next to the biller's name on your E-bills page. If you need to change the biller's account number or the biller's ZIP Code, you must delete the biller account, and then add a new biller account with the correct information.

We will send your e-bill summaries to the e-mail address listed in the Personal Information section of MyCheckFree Profile. To change where your e-bill summaries are sent, go to MyCheckFree Profile and change your e-mail address in the Personal Information section.

Note
If you change your e-mail address and don't receive your e-bill notifications or other messages from MyCheckFree.com regarding your bill payment service, check your spam folder. Occasionally, messages are flagged as spam by e-mail service providers. If this happens, add the e-mail address from a message or e-bill notification to your address book. Check your e-mail program for more details about managing spam.
