To sign up for Online Bill Pay, you must complete the following steps:
your sign-in information.
Complete an online sign-up form that asks for your sign-in ID and password and some security information in case you forget your password.
up your first biller account.
Type the account number and service address for the first biller you want to pay using Online Bill Pay.
After you complete the steps in the sign-up process, you can start paying billers immediately with Online Bill Pay.

To sign up to use Online Bill Pay all we need from you is your e-mail address, your password, your ZIP Code, and your secret questions and answers. Your secret questions and answers are used to verify your identity when you contact us if you forget your sign-in ID or password.
After you sign up, you can change your sign-in ID from your e-mail address to something else on the Personal Information page in My Profile.

Now it's time to set up your first biller so that you can begin paying bills using Online Bill Pay.
Your biller may offer different types of accounts, and, therefore, you might have the choice to set up several e-bills. For example, if the biller you are setting up is a phone company, you may have different accounts for different services, such as a local phone service account and an Internet service account. You can add multiple e-bills from your biller as long as you have unique account numbers for each bill.
Tip You can find all the information you need to add a biller account in Online Bill Pay on a current paper bill.
If your biller offers different types of accounts.
When you finish setting up your first biller, we will check to see if there is an e-bill available for you to pay and let you know immediately what your payment options are.
To add a biller:
Your Online Bill Pay sign-in ID and password enable only you to use your Online Bill Pay service. Signing in provides an added level of security for your service.
After you have signed up for Online Bill Pay, you can sign in using your Online Bill Pay sign-in ID and password or you can sign in using your Microsoft account. Microsoft account is a service from Microsoft Corporation that allows you to sign in to a number of participating Web sites using your e-mail address and a single password.
Even if you plan to use a Microsoft account to sign in to Online Bill Pay, when you first sign up for Online Bill Pay you must select a sign-in ID and password. Then, after you have successfully signed up, we associate your Microsoft account with your Online Bill Pay sign-in information.
When you sign in with your Microsoft account for the first time, we associate your Microsoft account with your Online Bill Pay sign-in information so that you can use your Microsoft account to sign in to Online Bill Pay in the future.
Microsoft account is a service from Microsoft Corporation that allows you to sign in to a number of participating Web sites using your e-mail address and a single password. If you don't have a Microsoft account but would like to use one, you can request one on the Microsoft account Sign-in page.
After you complete the sign-up process, you can see your first biller account on the E-bill page and make a payment by clicking the Make Payment link. We recommend that you set up at least one payment account to use to pay your bills, but it is not mandatory; you can always provide your payment account information when you make your first payment.
You can make payments from multiple bank accounts, including checking accounts, money market accounts, and brokerage accounts. To set up payment accounts, click the My Profile link on the left side of the page, and then click the Payment Account link in the My Profile window.
From now on, when you start Online Bill Pay you will come to your E-bill page first. The E-bill page is where you make payments and check the status of your accounts. From the E-bill page:

|To send payments to more than one biller||click the Select to Pay check box next to all the billers you want to pay, and then click the Pay All Selected button at the bottom of the page|
