You can use the Payment Activity page to maintain your payments, view your payment history, and export your payment data to a financial software application.
The Payment Activity page has three sections:
Payment Activity Search Results
This section includes all of your payment transactions that match the search criteria you select in Payment Activity Search. Your payment transactions include scheduled, processed, in process (if applicable), canceled, and failed payments. We store payment history for 180 days (6 months) in the past. You can also view information for scheduled payments up to one year in the future.
The following table describes the information available in Payment Activity Search Results.
|This Column...||Describes the...|
|Biller Name||Person or company that you want to receive the payment.|
|Amount||Amount of the payment. This amount includes any fees that have been applied to the payment. An asterisk (*) appears in this column if any fees were applied to a payment.|
|Payment Date||The date you specified as the payment date when you set up the payment. If the original payment date fell on a weekend or holiday, we change the payment date to a business day.|

|This Criteria...||Lets you search for payments...|
|Date||That fall within a specified payment date range. You can search by date in two waysby all dates and by date range.
|Biller Name||For a selected name only. Select All Billers to view all the payments you have sent in the past month.|

If you do not change the default search settings, the Payment Activity Search Results show payments for all billers, all payment accounts, all statuses, and all dates from one month in the past to one year in the future.
The default settings are restored when you return to the Payment Activity page from another Macy's Online Bill Payment page.
To search for payments:
You can change payments that have a status of Scheduled on the Payment Activity page.
To change a scheduled payment:
When you make a payment at other sites associated with CheckFree, you will see those payments listed on the Payment Activity page along with the payments you make from within Macy's Online Bill Payment. To change payments made at other sites, you can either go back to the site where you originally made the payment or you can click the link on the Payment Activity page to quickly go back to the biller's site and make your change.
To change a scheduled payment:
You can cancel payments that have a status of Scheduled on the Payment Activity page. If a payment's status is In Process or Processed, however, you can no longer cancel it. After you cancel a payment, its status changes to Canceled. Canceled payments remain in your Payment Activity list.
To cancel a scheduled payment:
If a payment is associated with an e-bill, you can view the e-bill from the Payment Activity page. The e-bill contains the same information found in a paper statement.
To view an E-bill for a payment:
You can view details about a payment that has processed. Viewing payment details is useful if you have a question about a payment that has already processed.
